Susan Harris

Susan Harris is an English Immigration Lawyer and a Criminal Lawyer with practice in New York, Susan graduated from Albany Law School, Union University in 1986 and was called to the bar in 1999.

With over 18 years experience, Susan represents clients in all types of immigration matters, both inside and outside Canada, as well as appeals from various types of decisions of Citizenship and Immigration in America and the United States courts of appeals

Susan represents clients charged with all types of criminal offences and conducts trials in all levels of courts, as well as conviction and/or sentence appeals. She also represents clients at bail hearings, bail reviews and bail pending appeal.

She is currently the chief Executive Officer of Susan Harris Law Consult.
